Sunshine Crystal believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, with a valid reason. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
Cancellation requests will not be accepted for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc or custom/bulk orders. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality/quantity of product delivered is not good with proof.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same for return in the my orders section. The request will only be considered with ample proof of the same. The receiver must submit a video unboxing of the package to confirm damaged/undesirable product. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of sunshine crystal within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We currently do not support the exchange of products.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at our helpdesk on WhatsApp at 1234567890 or sunshinecrystal@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must record an unboxing/unpacking video to ensure your product is defective, or damaged or that you received the wrong item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. In case of any Refunds approved by Sunshine Crystal, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
