1. No Refund / No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (natural crystals, gemstones, spiritual items) and services (tarot, healing, regression sessions), all purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once completed or dispatched.
We encourage buyers to read all product descriptions carefully and reach out with queries before placing an order.

2. Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will offer a replacement or store credit only if:

• The item received is significantly different from what was ordered (wrong product sent), OR
• The item arrives damaged due to courier mishandling

To raise a claim under this exception, you must:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear unboxing/delivery photographs showing the issue
• Retain original packaging

Claims raised beyond 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

3. Services (Tarot, Reiki, Regression Sessions)

Once a session has been booked and confirmed, no refund will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations. Rescheduling may be accommodated at our discretion if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
