Shipping and Cancellation Policy

1. Shipping — Overview

Sunshine Crystal Vibes ships physical products (crystals, gemstones, accessories) via thirdparty courier partners across India. We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of confirmed payment.
  • Processing time may be extended during high-demand periods or festive seasons; you will be notified.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on location.
  • Remote or rural areas may take longer.
  • A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified amount, as communicated on our website or Instagram.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. To cancel:
  • Contact us via email or Instagram DM immediately after placing your order.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Approved pre-dispatch cancellations will receive a store credit valid for 6 months. No cash refunds will be issued for cancellations.

7. Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is lost in transit, we will raise a dispute with the courier partner on your behalf. Resolution timelines depend on the courier's investigation process (typically 7–14 business days). We will offer a replacement or store credit upon confirmation of loss.
